Marlins slugger Giancarlo Stanton signed a 13-year, $325 million contract back in 2015, and he’s settled on his new home in Miami.
According to The South Florida Business Journal, Stanton purchased a three-story luxury penthouse at the soon-to-be-opened Aria on the Bay. Though the sale price wasn’t disclosed, the asking price for Stanton’s new condo ranged from $1.8 to $6.6 million.
The three-story 5-bed, 7.5-bath condo comes equipped with a modern kitchen, panoramic views, an enormous balcony and rooftop terrace with a private pool.
Stanton released a statement on the purchase via The Business Journal:
“After looking at other buildings with my broker, Ben Moss, Aria on the Bay’s downtown location, with sweeping views and the developer’s attention to detail, sold me on this property.”
